Vestiges in Displacement

Carla Chasco, Vestiges in Displacement, 2025. Lumen prints.

“This body of work is part of an ongoing series of material and formal explorations in which I attempt to translate the gesture of a fallen ribbon—a minimal presence that, by chance, lands in the everyday grayness and generates lines, folds, and shapes.”
